Concentrates are being produced for the medical market. More cpntrol and professionalism is required. I am interested in using this machine in a legal cannabis medicine production system. Can you offer support in this case? I am interested not only in working in the US where it is legal, but in other countries as well, under legal licenses.

We are in Texas and under Federal and State law, we can not talk about THC or MJ for the use of our extractor. Further more we cannot sell to someone who says that this is the use for this extractor.

Actually, our own state officials said we can sell to states for that purpose if it is legal in that state but we can not do it here.
HOWEVER, we are not sure that we can do it lawfully under the federal law and therefore we have decided not to even talk about it.
The essential oil market all over the world is big and growing. This other market can not become a distraction at this point in the new development and branding of this new extractor.

MJ Extractions are not allowed using a Tamisium

I concur with Bill on this question. I wish things were more black and white but I am not sure we can lawfully sell extractors for THC extractions, even if it is legal in the state you live in. We have consulted with an attorney on this and he is doing some research. I am positive that I will never sell an extractor to anyone that I suspect will extract any scheduled drug in a state where it is not legal. Taht I can say for sure. And right now we do not sell to any state if they indicate their use is for THC.

This extractor cannot manufacture a drug. It can only extract out what is already manufactured in the plant. Nor can it aid in taking any drug. These two facts may be the key facts about this extractor that allow us to have a little more freedom.
In addition, I would like to add that extracting oils from one plant is highly unlikely when you own an extractor that can extract from any plant on this planet. So to brand a Tamisium for one purpose would not be helpful. This is anothe reason we stay away from that market for the time being.

I ran an ad in hightimes because I have bough hightimes in the past to learn about legal subjects and products that I can not learn about in any other magazine and I dont consume any illegal drugs or marijuana at all. So naturally if you are looking for an Essential Oil Extractor and you are up with the current markets, you would know that a magazine like hightimes would be the place a guy like me may advertise one for sale. We are not trying to sell to medical mj oil extractors by advertising there, no more than I would be if I sold lights or hydroponics systems. We advertise in other magazines as well. We were actually solicited by HT. And if made it clear that if we get any calls about THC, we are pulling the ad from HT. I have already called them to remove the ad due to the fact that no matter what our intentions are, we are not getting the intended results.
Other magazines we may or are currently running ads in are The Essential Herbal, The Herb Companion, Auramag, Practical Hydroponics, Maximum Yield and RoseBud.
We will also be attending some trade shows such as The Health Expo, Live Green Expo, Expo West and a few others that have contacted us.
Hope to see you there. If you have suggestions of where we should advertise please send them via the contact on the site.

Hello I appreciate your concern but I cannot offer assistance to extract a component from a plant that is not legal in the state I live in or in the country I live in. What you do with the extractor is your business but I cannot sell it to you if you state you are going to do anything with it that goes against the grain of what I mentioned above. Things may change in the near future but we have to think of our freedom to continue to operate. Our personal views dont seem to matter when a gun is pointed at your head.
