Posting Images and Videos with large large file sizes.
If you do not have Photoshop or the GIMP to shrink your file size to 30K here are some great tools.
Web Resizer: Great size for quickly optimizing your image to a very small file size. The only limitation is the 5 megabyte limit on the photo size you can upload. With new cameras producing images larger than this, it may not be an option for everyone.

For those of you who would prefer to post links to your images a quick and easy alternative
TinyPic: Share large images, videos and even shortened the length of a URL. You just click on the Browse button, find your image or video and that is it. You select the Resize option and click upload and that is it. http://tinypic.com/
